OPERATING OVERVIEW
The All Pro truck fleet is comprised of both Company Trucks and Owner Operators. The majority of the Company equipment is used for Local Cartage or Local Dedicated operations. Almost our entire Over The Road fleet is Owner Operators.
All Pro Supplies all of the trailers 48' and 53' owned or leased vans. We haul General Commodities which may and does include HAZMAT on some loads. The way we are structured, we have: Local (Usually Dedicated Operations) - Hourly Pay. Regional-(500 miles or less, Company Drivers) - Primary lanes NE Ohio to IN, MI, NY, WV, PA, VA ($.40/mi. on loaded and MT miles). OTR (Intermediate or Long Haul Over The Road, 500-1300 miles, Primarly East of the Mississippi) - Mileage Pay. Primary OTR Lanes - NE Ohio to CT, NJ, NC, GA, AL, TX, FL, PA Secondary OTR Lanes - MA, RI, SC, TN, MO, IL NY Majority of Backhauls are right back to NE OHIO - Getting Home is not an issue! All trucks must have the following minimal states to start with us (unless going just regional). AR, AL, OH, PA, NY, NJ, MD, DE, WV, VA, KY, IN, IL, TN, GA, IA, MS, MI, AL, MO, NC, SC, MA, CT, TX, FL. |
Pay Period - Sunday through Saturday based on Pickup date; these loads are then paid on the following Friday.
Dispatch (From NE OHIO) is done on a FCFS basis once you are empty and is semi-forced as you are offered the freight that is available when you call in empty. You may be offered an OTR or Regional Load, depending on availability and/or need. In order for All Pro to work for you, you must be willing to take both. If you are only interested in long trips and not willing to take short haul as needed, this is not the place for you. Drivers that are empty with available hours that refuse to take a load will go to the bottom of the board the following morning. Drivers that go out of service with an All Pro trailer will be charged $25.00 per day after 2nd day. Any extended out of service, equipment needs returned to our location in Avon, OH. Check calls are expected by 10 am daily. All Drivers must have a cell phone they can be reached on while under dispatch. All paperwork (logs, bill of lading, receipts for tolls and fuel, etc.) must be turned into All Pro Freight weekly. Failure to do so could result in your settlement being put on hold until the paperwork is caught up. Missing bill of lading will be charged back to your settlement a nominal fee of $100.00 if we must chase it from you or the customer. Treat these as cash, as you are paid in good faith without submitting these. |
DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
1. Drivers must have a valid Commercial Drivers License.
2. They must be 23 years old, or older.
3. They must have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience on similar equipment.
4. An acceptable MVR has 6 or fewer points for the preceding 36 months.
5. Class A CDL (HazMat endorsement preferred).
6. All drivers must meet the minimum physical qualifications as required by the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration Regulations Part 391.41.

DRIVER PAY SCHEDULE
Outbound (From Northeast Ohio):
$0.95/mi. on all loaded miles. $0.95/mi. on all empty miles (first 20 are free). All miles paid off PC Miler Pratical. Fuel paid on all loaded miles per the fuel surcharge schedule. Owner Operator Pay/Local: $25.00 an hour. Company Driver/Regional Pay (500 mile radius): Company drivers domiciled in Sanford, FL - $0.35 a mile, $15 per stop. All pickups and deliveries must be made on time. |
Company Driver Local Pay:
• Class A with HazMat - $13.00/hr - 2-3 years verifiable experience. $13.50/hr - 3-6 years verifiable experience. $14.00/hr - 6 or more years verifiable experience. Benefits available after 90 days of service: Major Medical/Dental. 6 Paid Holidays. Paid Vacation After One Year. All miles based on PC Miler practical miles. OTHER COMPENSATION
All Pro will file and pay IFTA fuel tax, but all trucks must turn in weekly trip reports and original fuel receipts to qualify.
Loading/Unloading/or Lumper charges will be reimbursed provided authorization is obtained from All Pro Dispatch prior to the physical occurrence and a valid receipt is turned in for services rendered by a lumper.
Weight Scale receipts are reimbursed for all scale tickets. It is your responsibility to weigh each load to avoid overweight fines.
Extra Pick/Drop $25.00 per after the first one on either end.
Tolls are paid for except the following when pre-approved by fleet manager:
All Florida toll roads except I275 & Skyway Bridge in St. Petersburg
Ohio Turnpike
Pennsylvania Turnpike
New York Thruway
Layovers are paid at $60.00 per occurrence and driver must be empty 24 hrs.
Detention is paid only if charged to the customer. Rates will vary. No detention will be charged or paid prior to 3 hours. We rarely charge detention and when we do it is generally a circumstance where there was an excessive delay.

OTHER FEES, COSTS, AND OWNER OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITY
$1000 in escrow per unit.
$100 charge per week for insurance (Cargo and Liability). Second truck is $70 and every truck thereafter is $50.
All fines issued by the State or DOT are the responsibility of the owner of the truck and/or the driver to pay and not All Pro Freight Systems. If we must pay these fines, they will be deducted from your settlement and you will be charged a handling fee as well.
Utilize Comdata for fuel and advances; minimal charges apply for fuel usage and a nominal fee of $11.00 per use on cash advances.
